We want you to love your ProFab Outdoors purchase. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got your back.

2. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your return must meet all of the following criteria:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts are intact and included.

Valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided.

We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or we made an error. Please ship via a trackable method to ensure proper credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt).

We’ll provide a pre-paid label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Expect processing within 7–10 business days.

You’ll receive a notification when your refund is complete.

Want a different color or size?

Contact us within the 30-day window.

We’ll guide you through returning the original item and placing a new order.

9. Final Sale Items

Some custom or clearance items may be marked as non-returnable. These will be clearly labeled at purchase. Sale items bought during promotions may only be exchanged (not refunded), unless defective.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After that, the standard return process applies once the item is received.

11. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees for returns in original condition.

For items returned with damage or missing parts, a restocking or repair fee may apply.
