1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. ProFab Outdoors does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or a ProFab Outdoors fulfillment error.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items Only
Returns or exchanges are only permitted if the item:

Arrives defective, or

Is incorrect due to our error
Returns are not accepted for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect fit, size, or compatibility

Installation issues
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

Items damaged after delivery
3. Defect Reporting Window
All defect or error claims must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery, based on carrier tracking.
Claims submitted after 5 days will be denied.
4. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a defect-related return or exchange:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

Item must be returned in original condition

All original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of use, installation, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be accepted.

6. Resolution Process
Once your claim is approved:

ProFab Outdoors will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to:

Repair the item

Replace the item, or

Issue a refund

Refunds, if issued, will be made to the original payment method only.
7. Shipping for Defective Items

ProFab Outdoors will provide a prepaid return label for approved defective or incorrect items

Shipping costs are not reimbursed for non-approved claims
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are not issued until inspection confirms the defect.
9. Final Sale Items
All custom, special-order, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of verified defect.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not entered production or shipped.
Once shipped, orders are final and subject only to the defect policy above.
